Vote-by-Mail Election

  • Tuesday, November 5, 2013.
  • The City’s general municipal election will be a vote-by-mail election.
  • Every voter will be mailed a ballot with prepaid postage on the return envelope.
  • Four drop-off centers throughout the City, allowing voters the option to vote in person. Drop-off center locations are listed below.

What's on the Ballot?

Drop-Off Center Hours

  • City Hall Drop-Off Center will be open:
     
    • Tuesday, October 29, 2013 – Friday, November 1, 2013 and Monday, November 4, 2013, during regular City Hall business hours;
    • Saturday, November 2, 2013, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and
    • Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2013, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • All other Drop-Off Center Locations will be open on Election Day, Tuesday, November 5, 2013, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Vote-by-mail ballots can be dropped off in the City Clerk’s Office during regular business hours prior to the Drop-Off Center dates.

Important Election Dates

  • October 7, 2013 - Ballots mailed to every registered voter in the City
  • October 21, 2013 - Deadline to register to vote for the November 5th election
  • November 2, 2013 - City Hall drop-off center open, 8:00 a.m. until 5 p.m.
  • November 5, 2013 - Election day!  Ballots must be received by 8:00 p.m. (postmarks not accepted)

The City Clerk’s Office is open daily from Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Hall is closed every other Friday.
