AUD UPCOMING MEETINGS ANNOUNCEMENT
The Planning Commission will discuss the Average Unit-Size Density Incentive Program (AUD Program) Inclusionary Housing ordinance amendments, as directed by City Council in December of 2019.

AUD PROGRAM PROPOSED INCLUSIONARY HOUSING AMENDMENTS
- Require AUD Program rental projects with 10 units or more to provide at least 10% of the units onsite at rental rates affordable to households at the Moderate Income level (80% to 120% of Area Median Income).
- Require AUD Program rental projects with less than 10 units to pay an affordable housing in-lieu fee up to $25 per square foot.
- Presentation on the feasibility analysis of variations to project parking standards.
