DRAFT NEW ZONING ORDINANCE CITY COUNCIL HEARING, JULY 11, 2017
The City of Santa Barbara has released for public review, the Draft New Zoning Ordinance (NZO).
The Zoning Ordinance establishes the zone classifications, permitted uses, development standards and permit processes for land development and use
The City Council Ordinance Committee held a hearing on May 31, 2017, and recommended that the City Council adopt the New Zoning Ordinance, with the topics of neighborhood markets in single-family zones and mobile food vendors to be discussed by the full Council.

On June 23, 2017, the City released the revised Draft New Zoning Ordinance (NZO) for public review.
The Revised Draft NZO (June 2017) has been posted to the NZO Public Meetings webpage. A Council Agenda Report will be released on July 6, 2017.
