DRAFT NEW ZONING ORDINANCE DIAGRAMS NOW AVAILABLE AND PLANNING COMMISSION HEARING, MARCH 2, 2017

Documents now available!

On February 9, 2017, the City released the comprehensive Draft New Zoning Ordinance (NZO) and staff report with exhibits for public review. The supporting diagrams proposed to be included in the NZO are now available for viewing and download at the NZO Public Meetings webpage.

A Planning Commission hearing is scheduled to review the draft ordinance and make a recommendation to City Council.

When: Thursday, March 2, 2017
Where: City Hall, Council Chambers, 735 Anacapa Street, Santa Barbara
Time: Meeting begins at 4:00 p.m.
