NZO JOINT COMMITTEE MEETING – AUGUST 29, 2016
The NZO Joint Committee, comprised of two City Councilmembers and three members of the Planning Commission, provides staff with initial technical review and may request additional information or revisions prior to review by the full Planning Commission.
NZO Module #3: Administrative Procedures will address administrative procedures, criteria and required findings of the discretionary review authorities, updates to definitions, and a new section on rules of measurement. Module 3 also includes parking regulations, which were originally programmed for Module 2: Development Standards.
The Draft Module #3 (including Parking Regulations) and NZO Joint Committee staff report will be available for viewing and download during the week of August 15, 2016 at the NZO Public Meetings webpage. When those documents become available, another eBulletin will be issued.
A public meeting for this Module (including Parking Regulations) will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Louise Lowry Davis Center (Lu Gilbert Room) at 1232 De la Vina Street. An agenda will be made available the week prior.
