NZO Module #2: Development Standards is comprised of three development standard components: 1) base zone development standards; 2) overlay zones; and 3) citywide development standards (off-street parking will be addressed in Module #3). Draft Module #2 was reviewed by the NZO Joint Committee and the public in December 2015, and a revised draft has been prepared for Planning Commission review. The staff report and Module are now available for viewing and download at the NZO Public Meetings webpage for the informal Open House and Public Workshop/Planning Commission Meeting.
