The LDT Bulletin is one way we are increasing communication between the City and our customers. These bulletins will also be located in our lobby area at 630 Garden Street.

NZO JOINT COMMITTEE MEETINGS AND LOCATION UPDATE - DECEMBER 7 AND 14, 2015

The NZO Joint Committee is comprised of two City Councilmembers and three members of the Planning Commission.

NZO Module #2: Development Standards is comprised of three components: 1) base zone development standards; 2) overlay zones; and 3) citywide development standards. The Draft Module #2 and NZO Joint Committee staff report are now available for viewing and download at the NZO Public Meetings webpage.

Public meetings for this Module will be held over two consecutive Mondays, December 7 and December 14, 2015, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (both days).

LOCATION UPDATE: Both meetings will be held at 1232 De la Vina Street in the Louise Lowry Davis Center (Lu Gilbert Room).
