CONTINUED HEARING AT THE PLANNING COMMISSION

On August 6, 2020, the Planning Commission continued the hearing on the proposed Title 30 (Inland) Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance and Title 28 (Coastal) ADU Ordinance, which will require certification by the California Coastal Commission after adoption by City Council.

This meeting will be conducted electronically via the GoToWebinar platform, as described in more detail on the Agenda that will posted on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at 630 Garden Street and available online  on the Planning Commission web page.
