The City of Santa Barbara offers the following online web forms by which website visitors can contact City staff regarding service requests and complaints.

If these web forms do not address your issue, you may submit a general request or complaint through the Comments, Suggestions & Assistance web form. This form will send your request to Information Systems staff that will forward your request to the appropriate City staff member or reply to you directly.
