Utility Bill Payment Assistance

We recognize many of our customers are facing financially challenging times; we want to help. If you are struggling to pay your utility bill, contact the Utility Billing Office at (805) 564-5343. Staff is experienced in working with customers to evaluate options, like alternative payment plans, or connecting customers to resources to reduce future bill impacts such as water conservation programs or trash service changes.

Guidance on Events, Attractions, Gatherings and Group Activities

Consistent with the County Public Health emergency order, events and gatherings of more than 9 people are currently not allowed until further notice. This applies to weddings, parties, performances and productions, group activities, street activations, and attractions that are planned to draw a crowd or audience greater than 9 people indoors or outdoors. The public's cooperation is appreciated to not congregate in groups and maintain a safe distance at all times on streets, sidewalks, parks, and beaches to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
