A Message Regarding Business at the Waterfront During the COVID-19 Pandemic
The Santa Barbara Waterfront Department’s primary concern is the health, safety, and welfare of our community. While we respond to this pandemic, we continue to stay connected digitally and share ways you can support local business, while at the same time safeguarding your health. Below is information about what’s open at the Waterfront, hours of operation, and what services are available.

BEACHES – All Santa Barbara City beaches are open at this time.
PARKING - Waterfront Parking lots remain open to the public. Parking fees are being charged and enforced. Hours of operation are as follows:
Leadbetter Lot: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Harbor West Lot: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Garden Street Lot: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Palm Park Lot: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Cabrillo West Lot: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Cabrillo East Lot: 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
Harbor Main Lot: 24/7
Stearns Wharf: 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

SATURDAY FISHERMAN'S MARKET - Open every Saturday from 6am to 11am on the City Pier. Please wear a mask and keep a 6-foot distance from others at all times.
WATERFRONT ADMINISTRATION – The Waterfront Department closed administrative offices to the public Wednesday, March 18, as a precautionary measure to help slow the spread of COVID-19. Staff is still available by phone/email and many services are available online. To see a list of online services click here.
The safety and health of patrons and our employees remain a top priority. Outdoor surfaces/restrooms continue to be regularly sanitized with increased frequency. We encourage all visitors and harbor residents to follow healthy practices and social distancing, in accordance with CDC guidelines (see below) and continue practice of safe hygiene. If you are sick, please save your visit to the Waterfront until you are well.
