The City of Santa Barbara’s Waterfront Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms of Certified Public Accountants to perform revenue examinations. The revenue examinations will be performed to ensure compliance with lease agreement terms from businesses that lease property from the City’s Waterfront Department. If successful, the engagement would begin July 1, 2016 and last for one fiscal year (July 1- June 30), with the option to continue for two subsequent fiscal years. Generally speaking, 6-8 Waterfront Department tenants undergo revenue examinations per fiscal year. For the full Request for Proposals document, please click here.
