City of Santa Barbara’s Subsurface Desalination Intake and Potable Reuse Feasibility Studies

Public Meeting of Technical Advisory Panel

A public meeting of the National Water Resources Institute - City of Santa Barbara’s Technical Advisory Panel (TAP) will be held August 5, 2015 9:30 AM - 12:00 noon at Santa Barbara City Hall, 735 Anacapa Street. At this meeting, the City of Santa Barbara and their consultant, Carollo Engineers, will present an overview of the work plans on the (1) Subsurface Desalination Feasibility Study and (2) Potable Reuse Feasibility Study. Members of the public who attend the meeting will have an opportunity to comment on the proposed plans. 

The purpose of the TAP is to provide expert peer review of the technical, scientific, and regulatory aspects of both work plans and collect public comments on these proposed projects. All interested parties are invited to attend the meeting and provide input.
