Effective October 17, 2023, the "Streetlight Outage" on-line form will be replaced with SB Connect, our innovative mobile application designed to revolutionize the way residents engage with their local government, so you can report issues and make service requests with ease. Fill out an online request form through SB Connect or download the SB Connect app.

Streetlights will be repaired within seven calendar days of receiving a report. However, damage to underground facilities may require additional time to repair.
