Our Aquatics Team provides year round and seasonal aquatic opportunities that encourage skill development and promote swimming as a lifelong sport for swimmers of all ages. City Parks and Recreation offers a wide variety of classes that help young participants develop a healthy passion for arts, dance, fitness and expression in a well supervised nurturing environment. Many of the activities below are offered year-round at the Carrillo Recreation Center.
Teen Programs include the Franklin Youth Drop-In Center, the Youth Council, the Twelve35 Teen Center, and Community Services.
