Creeks Division Office to Close for Holidays December 24 through January 1
December 4, 2013
The Creeks Division, along with most City administrative offices, will be closed over the holidays from December 24, 2013 through January 1, 2014. Offices will reopen on Thursday, January 2, 2014.

As of Thursday, August 22, the Stevens Park Parking Lot and the Westside Neighborhood Center Parking Lot are open to the public, while contractors working on the project will be completing a few minor tasks at both sites.

On Thursday, July 11th, the City of Santa Barbara Creeks Division and Santa Barbara Channelkeeper are teaming up with Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures to host a beach clean-up celebrating the release of the film “Pacific Rim,” hitting theaters on Friday, July 12th.

Thank you to Katelyn K. for organizing a beach clean-up on Saturday, July 6! A total of 73 lbs of trash and debris was removed from East Beach, with help from local Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and their families, as well as Santa Barbara Zoo employees.

The Creeks Division is replacing City owned asphalt parking lots with permeable pavers to treat storm water and urban runoff. Project locations include Oak Park, the Westside Neighborhood Center, and Stevens Park.
