Library staff will review all submissions. Due to the high volume of suggestions the library receives, library staff will not reply to requests or place holds when ordering. After submitting your request, please check the library catalog in 3 to 4 weeks to determine if your suggestion has been purchased. Ordering times may vary by format, availability, and on-sale dates. If you need assistance placing a hold on an item in the catalog, please contact the library.
For print books (including large print and books published in English and in languages other than English) or books on CD published more than 2 years ago, please contact any of our library locations to inquire about the Zip Books program (funded by a California State Library grant). The requested item may be sent to you directly from Amazon if: you are a patron in good standing and the item costs less than $50.
