County of Santa Barbara Emergency Updates:

Disaster Recovery Center and Services:

  • U.S. Small Business Association Disaster Loan Outreach Center is now open at Calvary Chapel 1 North Calle Cesar Chavez Santa Barbara, CA 93103. SBA customer service representatives will be at the DLOC to meet with businesses and residents to answer their questions, explain SBA’s disaster loan program and close their approved disaster loans. Their hours are: 
    • Monday - Friday: 9 AM - 6 PM 
  • The Montecito Center for Preparedness, Recovery, and Rebuilding is now at 1283 Coast Village Circle. The Center serves as an information hub for area recovery efforts. 
    • Monday - Friday: 10 AM - 3 PM 
    • Wednesday: 6 PM - 8 PM 
    • Saturday: 10 AM - 2 PM

  • Disaster survivors can:
    • Visit online to apply for assistance.
    • Use the FEMA app
    • Call 800-621-3362 or 800-462-7585 for TTY users.
    • Applicants who use 711 or Video Relay Service can call 800-621-3362.
    • The toll-free numbers are open 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., local time, seven days a week. 
    • The deadline to register for disaster assistance is March 16, 2018.
  • Santa Barbara County Natural Materials Exchange - for sharing of natural materials needed for recovery efforts. 
  • The Foodbank of Santa Barbara is distributing food at multiple locations across the South County. More information about the Foodbank distributions can be found here and on the Foodbank's Facebook
