Tony Ruggieri
Production Supervisor

During the twenty-nine years Tony has worked for City TV, he has maintained a high standard for City TV productions, including the live airing of City Council and other public meetings. He is proud of the awards Channel 18 has garnered over the years, notably 3 Pacific Southwest Region Emmy Awards. Tony enjoys golfing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife, Julie, and children, Sam and Quincy.

Chris Bell
Production Specialist

Chris brings nearly 20 years of television experience to City TV. It is Chris' touch that marks the Inside Santa Barbara segments with a high degree of energy, competence, and artistic flow. He helped City TV to win Emmy Awards for Impressions in Time and two public service announcements.  Chris enjoys surfing, beach volleyball and camping with his two children Eliza and Jasper and wife, Marilee.

Ryder Christ 
Production Aide

Originally from the San Fernando Valley, Ryder has made his way up the coast to Santa Barbara! A graduate of California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks, he has worked for such companies as KABC and NBCUniversal in Los Angeles and The Kingsmen Shakespeare Company in Thousand Oaks. Ryder currently works at KEYT Newschannel 3 as weekend assignment desk editor/digital producer. He loves to travel and has been to such countries as Italy, China, Germany, France, and Ireland. 

Alysa Arce
Production Aide

Alysa hails from Oxnard and has attended Cal State Fullerton to earn a degree in Radio, TV, Film. She has most recently worked for KEYT as a videographer and has a strong passion for video editing. She is elated for the opportunity to continue working in Santa Barbara and is excited for each opportunity that comes her way. Alysa loves playing video games and plans to travel once her student loans are paid in full. 

Joshua Romero
Production Aide

Born and raised in Santa Barbara, Josh is now working towards his Associates Degree in Film Production at Santa Barbara City College, while also gaining work experience at City TV.  His fascination in video production grew because of his growing interest in technology and YouTube product reviews.  He then served 2 years as a volunteer for the video production team at his church, where he gained experience in live broadcast and video production.  He enjoys online gaming with friends as well as going to Chick Fil for lunch.
