Businesses should register by clicking on the PlanetBids link on the Purchasing Information & Bids page, or the Bid Announcement Instructions page. The City is only accepting electronic bids.
- City Construction Projects Out to Bid
The Engineering Division manages Public Works construction projects for the City of Santa Barbara. These projects include new construction, improvements and renovations of City-owned buildings, facilities, infrastructure, and water distribution utilities.
