Campers Needing Special Accommodations
Three weeks notice is required. In order to allow sufficient time for consultation between staff, parents and your child’s physician regarding the particular needs of your child and to plan for reasonable and appropriate program accommodations, all accommodation requests must be made at least three weeks prior to the first day of camp. Children requiring accommodations may be required to provide additional information concerning their medical condition, including a physician’s report and clearance before participating in camp activities. Please provide a specific description of your child’s medical conditions, physical limitations or special needs on the camp/activity registration form in the space indicated.
