Camps are limited to a specific number of campers, thus space for Junior Counselors is also limited. Generally 5 JCs are allowed per session of Nature Camp and two JCs for Aquacamp, Camp Rad and Turf and Surf. Camp start and end times vary depending on the camp. JCs are not required to come early or stay late for extended day sessions; however, they are more than welcome. JCs are never left alone with campers and are under the supervision of a counselor 18 years or older.
