To establish a Remote Support session, please contact a Utility Billing Customer Service representative Monday through Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and alternate Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Calendar of closed Fridays at (805) 564-5343. We are happy to assist you.
By requesting and accepting a Remote Support session from a City of Santa Barbara, Utility Billing Customer Service Representative (CSR), you accept responsibility for any changes made to the web browser and/or system settings of your computer.
The City of Santa Barbara does not assume responsibility and is not responsible for any liability associated with the viewing of any desktop application or content during the Remote Support session. The City of Santa Barbara recommends for your security and privacy that you exit any programs you have open that may be displaying personal or confidential information before initiating a Remote Support session. The City further recommends that you remain seated at your computer throughout the entire Remote Support session.
The integrity of your data is important to us. It is up to you to ensure that you backup your data on a regular basis. The City of Santa Barbara will not be held responsible for any data loss occurring during or after a Remote Support session.
The Utility Billing CSR assisting you is dedicated to carefully instructing you and taking the utmost care of your computer during the Remote Support session. However, the City of Santa Barbara cannot guarantee that our CSR will resolve the problem, or in attempting to solve the problem, will not cause additional issues.
