Santa Barbara Airport Re-Opens for Commercial and General Aviation Use

At approximately 7:30am the Santa Barbara Airport’s main air carrier and general aviation runways were re-opened to all aircraft as Airport Department staff worked through the early morning hours to clear debris from runways 7/25 and 15R/15L.

Roads to the Airport are open, but travelers are advised to use caution as standing water is still an issue at some intersections.

Passengers are encouraged to call their airline to check on the latest arrival and departure information.
