- Proposed Two-Year Financial Plan for Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017, Including the Fiscal Year 2016 Recommended Budget
The Proposed Two-Year Financial Plan for Fiscal Years 2016 and 2017 is comprised of all City funds, including the General Fund, special revenue funds and enterprise funds. Each fund accounts for distinct and uniquely funded operations. The FY 2016 Recommended Budget includes a total combined operating budget of $291.9 million and a combined capital budget totaling $106.3 million.

The Fiscal Year 2015 adopted budget is comprised of all City funds, including the General Fund, special revenue funds and enterprise funds. Each fund accounts for distinct and uniquely funded operations. The budget includes a total combined operating budget of $277.2 million and a combined recommended capital budget totaling $33.9 million.
