Chris became the Director of Golf in December 2008, bringing with him over 18 years in the golf business at Santa Barbara Golf Club. A PGA member since 2000, Chris enjoys teaching lessons and working closely with golf patrons and clubs to ensure a great golfing experience.

Born in Santa Barbara in 1969, Rich has been the Head Golf Professional since 1998 after six years as assistant Professional. Rich became a PGA member in 1997.

Private Lessons
$50 for 30-minutes
$250 for series of six
Great for beginner and intermediate golfers! Includes instruction in all areas: full swing, short game, strategy, equipment, bunker play, and etiquette.
One Hour Playing Lessons
$100 – intermediate to advanced golfers
Group Lessons
$125 - Beginner and intermediate groups, includes four 1-hour lessons.
Make your own group – find at least two friends and we will teach you as a group. Three students or more for $125 each. Includes four 1-hour lessons. Video analysis available with all programs, prices may vary.
Russ Morrison Junior Golf Program
Year-round program for ages 7-17, coed. Annual fee of $75 includes lessons, range, and golf. Regular Saturday clinics from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm (spring/summer) or 3:00 pm-4:30 pm every other Saturday (fall/winter). Call 687-7087 and ask for Chris Talerico or Larry Buker for more information.
Guppy Golf Program
A one hour golf experience for kids ages 3-6 with LPGA instructor Sally Quinlan. Properly fitted clubs provided. One parent/guardian needed to stay and assist child. $10 per child. Summer Junior Golf Camps 2013
Fundamental instruction and course play with PGA pros for ages 8-15, coed. $150 per session. Sign up with instructors Dave Thornton or Brent Cole at (805) 687-7087.

Practice Club
Includes unlimited range balls, use of the short game area Monday through Thursday, 10% discount in the pro shop and participation in the annual Practice Club golf tournament. Initial fee is only $125; monthly fee is $54.95.
