La PLAYA WEST and La PLAYA EAST PARKING LOTS

Welcome to LaPlaya West and East parking lots, located at the intersection of Loma Alta and Shoreline Drives. LaPlaya East and West Parking lots are operated under a Joint-Use Agreement between the City of Santa Barbara and SBCC. Waterfront operates these two parking lots from June 15^th through Labor Day weekend. During the fall, winter and spring semesters, La Playa Parking lots are operated by SBCC Staff .

ATTENDANT PARKING SYSTEM

Parking Fees
Single vehicle (20-feet and under):
$2.00 per hour or any part of an hour per space; and
$12.00 maximum per day per space.

Oversize Vehicle (Over 20-feet and up to 33 feet)
$4.00 per hour or any part of an hour per space; and
$24.00 maximum per day per space.

Charge On Entry
A fee up to $12.00 for charge on entry
begins two hours before lot closure or during special events.

ADA (Disabled) Parking for Leadbetter
Effective July 1, 2011 ADA (disabled) parking rates will be
the same as regular parking rates.

15-minute Grace Period
Customers are allowed a 15-minute grace period
(after first 15-minutes the hourly parking fees apply).
(No 15-minute grace period honored during Charge On Entry)

Waterfront Hours of Operation
Peak-Season Parking (June 15 to August 31)
Pay Parking Every Day: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

Off-Season Parking (September 1 to June 14)
Pay Parking Weekends, Holidays and Special Events:
8:00 am to 10:00 pm

SBCC Hours of Operation
Fall and Spring Semesters Only
Pay Parking Weekdays, excluding Holidays and Special Events:
8:00 am to 10:00 pm
