Staffed Parking System	Description: Pay on exit. The kiosk parking lot is staffed by friendly waterfront attendants. Visitors pay by cash or local check. The Harbor Main lot is open daily 24/7 throughout the year. Select lots for specific hours, rate and other details. Locations: Harbor Main Lot Leadbetter Garden Street Palm Park
Honor Fee Parking System	Description: Pay in advance by cash only. Visitors self park and use the pay-box system. A vehicle must park in a designated numbered stall. Then, the visitor deposits the appropriate fee into the matching numbered slot on the pay-box. Lots are monitored daily and collection envelopes are issued for non-compliance. 90-minute Free Parking with a Stearns Wharf Merchant Validation	Description: Pay on exit. 90-minute Free Parking with a merchant validation from a qualified Stearns Wharf Merchant. Limitations: One merchant validation per ticket. Validation applies to the first 90-minutes only. Tickets must be stamped on the back on exit. Validations on receipts will not be honored. Vehicles exiting without validation must pay regular hourly parking rates. Select lots for specific hours, rate and other details. Locations: Stearns Wharf Garden Street Palm Park
Annual Waterfront Parking Permits	Description: Annual Waterfront parking permits go on sale December 1st. General permits cost $95 and slipholder permits (one per slip) cost $70. Permits are valid from the date of purchase through December 31, 2012. General permits are available at the Harbormaster’s Office and all parking kiosks except Stearns Wharf. Slipholder permits may only be purchased at the Harbormaster’s Office. Limitations: Valid at all waterfront parking lots except on Stearns Wharf Discounted-tiered System Throughout the year, General Parking Permits are discounted as follows: Dec.1 – April 30 = $95 May.1 - Aug. 31 = $85 Sep.1 - Oct. 31 = $65 Nov.1 - Dec.31 = $50 Slipholder Permits are $70 year-round (no reduction).
