LEADBETTER PARKING LOT
Welcome to Leadbetter parking lot, located at the intersection of Loma Alta and Shoreline Drives. Leadbetter parking lot provides convenient walking distance for SBCC students to the college, and is just a stone’s-throw away from Santa Barbara Point- a surfer’s haven. Leadbetter includes picnic areas, BBQs and public restrooms. Forgot your lunch? Shoreline Beach Café is located near the Leadbetter entrance. Please call Waterfront Parking Services at 897-1965 to discuss large event parking, film location shoot parking, or questions regarding the Leadbetter Attendant Parking System.
Attendant Parking System:
Hourly parking with a kiosk parking attendant
Open daily May 1st through September 30th.
Open weekends, holidays and special events October 1st through April 30th.
Parking Fees:
Single vehicle 20-feet and under: $1.50 per hour or part thereof; and $9.00 maximum per day per space.
RV vehicle over 20-feet: $3.00 per hour or part thereof; and $18.00 maximum per day per space. RV parking available in five (5) designated yellow marked spaces only– first come basis. RVs rates are based on RVs over 20-feet up to 33-feet long.
RV vehicle displaying disabled placard/plate: $1.00 per hour or part thereof; $9 maximum per day per space.
Single vehicle displaying disabled placard/plate: $.50 per hour or part thereof; $4 maximum per day per space.
Payment by cash or local personal check with valid I.D. (No credit cards).
Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.); Saturday & Sunday, Holidays and Special Events (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.)

PARKING RESTRICTIONS
