La PLAYA WEST and La PLAYA EAST PARKING LOTS

Welcome to LaPlaya West and East parking lots, located at the intersection of Loma Alta and Shoreline Drives. LaPlaya East and West Parking lots are operated under a Joint-Use Agreement between the City of Santa Barbara and SBCC. Waterfront operates these two parking lots from June 15^th through Labor Day weekend. During the fall, winter and spring semesters, La Playa Parking lots are monitored by SBCC staff. Please check with SBCC Main Office to find the most current college parking information at (805) 965-0581.

LaPlaya West and Laplaya East parking lots provide easy access to the SBCC Track, Leadbetter Beach, East and West college campuses, and Shoreline Park. Public restrooms are available at Leadbetter Beach.

WATERFRONT ATTENDANT PARKING SYSTEM
Hours of Operations from June 15^th through Labor Day (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.) on weekends, holidays and during special events.

Parking Fees:
Single vehicle 20-feet and under: $2.00 per hour or part thereof; and $12.00 maximum per day per space.
RV vehicle over 20-feet: $4.00 per hour or part thereof; and $24.00 maximum per day per space. RVs rates are based on RVs over 20-feet up to 33-feet long.

RV vehicle displaying disabled placard/plate: $1.00 per hour or part thereof; $8 maximum per day per space. 
Single vehicle displaying disabled placard/plate: $.50 per hour or part thereof; $4 maximum per day per space.

Payment by cash or local personal check with valid I.D. (No credit cards)

“Charge On Entry” System:
A Charge on Entry Fee may be designated for Special Events (based on length of event).
