Honor Fee System paybox at Harbor West Parking lot. Park your vehicle in a numbered parking stall and pay the appropriate fee in the corresponding number at the paybox.

HARBOR WEST PARKING LOT

Welcome to Harbor West parking lot, located between Leadbetter Beach and Santa Barbara Harbor. Harbor West parking lot provides convenient walking distance to SBCC, Harbor Breakwater, Santa Barbara Maritime Museum, harbor restaurants and The Santa Barbara Outdoors Visitor Center. Public restrooms and an outdoor public shower are located at the west-end of the parking lot. The Honor Fee parking lot is open year-round and offers easy access to wind-surf, catamaran and swim. Feeling lazy? Catamaran owners may purchase a catamaran beach permit from the Waterfront Business Office and have their “Cat” ready-to-go anytime. Just off Leadbetter Beach is a surfer’s paradise- Santa Barbara Point. Please call Waterfront Parking Services at 897-1965 to discuss large event parking, film location shoot parking, or questions regarding the Harbor West Honor Fee System.

Honor Fee Parking System:
Self parking pay-box system (open daily).

Parking Fees:
Single vehicle 20-feet and under: $2.00 for 3 hours (minimum); $4.00 for 6 hours; and $7.00 maximum per day per space.
RV vehicle over 20-feet: $4.00 per hour or part thereof; and $14.00 maximum per day per space. RV parking available in five (5) designated yellow marked spaces only– first come basis. RVs rates are based on RVs over 20-feet up to 33-feet long.
RV vehicle displaying disabled placard/plate: $1.00 per hour or part thereof; $8 maximum per day per space.
Single vehicle displaying disabled placard/plate: $.50 per hour or part thereof; $4 maximum per day per space.

Pay by cash only- honor fee locations monitored daily

Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday (10 a.m. to 2 a.m.); Saturday & Sunday, Holidays and Special Events (6 a.m. to 2 a.m.)
