This year’s permit features a Sea Urchin designed by harbor resident, Captain Helene Webb. General Parking Permits are $95.00 each and available for purchase at the Harbormaster’s Office or any Waterfront Parking Kiosk (except Stearns Wharf). Cash or local checks are accepted. Visa or Master Card is only accepted at the Harbormaster’s Office. Slip Permittee Parking Permits are $70.00 each and only available at the Harbormaster’s Office. | Discounted-tiered System for General Parking Permits
While Slip Permittee parking permits remain $70 year-round,.General parking permits are discounted throughout the year. Here is a schedule of rate reductions:
 Dec.1 - May 31 = $95
 Jun.1 - Aug. 31 = $85
 Sep.1 - Oct. 31 = $65
 Nov.1 - Dec.31 = $50
