CATAMARAN BOAT PERMITS FOR
LEADBETTER BEACH
You may purchase a seasonal beach permit to place your catamaran on Leadbetter Beach. Space is limited with only 65 spots available. Apply in person at the Harbor Patrol Office or call 564-5530 for more information.
CATARAMAN BOAT PERMIT SEASON
First Friday of March through October 31st, annually.
No Permits is valid unless the following steps have been taken:
1. Permit application is processed through the Harbor Patrol Office;
2. Permit sticker is properly displayed on the vessel; and
3. Vessel has current California registration numbers.
Permit Fees:
Single vessel permit: $200.00.
Sixty-five (65) permits are available. Permits may be purchased beginning the first Friday of March.

Size Restrictions:
Catamarans shall be no longer than twenty-six (26) feet in length nor wider than thirteen (13) feet.
Other Restrictions:
Catamaran must be placed within the designated area on Leadbetter Beach.
No commercial activities allowed.
Permits are non-transferable.
