| City Sandbag Policy |
| The City provides residents with sandbags to protect private property under storm emergency conditions of heavy rain and runoff. Distribution sites will be opened when a "Flood Watch" is issued by National Weather Service. |

| City Wildland Fire Plan |
| The project involves measures designed to reduce wildland fire hazard. Areas of high wildland fire hazard have been identified. Vegetation management areas on public and private lands are identified and methods of vegetation management are provided. |

| Harbor |
| Santa Barbara Harbor Patrol Officers provide security and law enforcement services to the Waterfront area. The harbor and marinas are maintained by regular foot, vehicle and boat patrols over an area consisting of 84 acres of water and 40 acres of land. All areas are monitored several times each day. |
