2009 Two-Year Review of Single Family Design Guidelines/Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance Update
On May 1, 2007 the City Council adopted an updated version of the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Single Family Residential Design Guidelines. At that time, Council also requested that a review of the updates and a report be made to City Council after two years.

April 27, 2010: Mayor & Council consideration of Ordinance Resolution, Revised Single Family Residential Design Guidelines and Revised SFDB Guidelines. A list of guideline revisions has also been prepared so that the public and Council can track guideline changes.
