2009 Two-Year Review of Single Family Design Guidelines/Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance Update

On May 1, 2007 the City Council adopted an updated version of the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Single Family Residential Design Guidelines. At that time, Council also requested that a review of the updates and a report be made to City Council after two years.

March 30, 2010 at 11 AM:  Ordinance Committee review of proposed ordinance revisions. March 30th Council Agenda Report.

April 12, 2010:  Single Family Design Board final review of Draft Single Family Residential Design Guidelines and SFDB Guidelines. (Cover Memo)

April 14, 2010:  Historic Landmarks Commission Review of Ordinance Revisions Draft Single Family Residential Design Guidelines and SFDB Guideline revisions. (Cover Memos 1, 2)

April 27, 2010:  Mayor & Council consideration of Ordinance Resolution, Revised Single Family Residential Design Guidelines and Revised SFDB Guidelines. A list of guideline revisions has also been prepared so that the public and Council can track guideline changes.
