2009  Two-Year Review of Single Family Design Guidelines/Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance Update

The City is holding a public workshop on Saturday, October 24th, 2009, from 9:00 a.m. to Noon in the Faulkner Gallery at the Santa Barbara Central Public Library, 40 East Anapamu Street.  On May 1, 2007 the City Council adopted an updated version of the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance and Single Family Residential Design Guidelines.  At that time, Council also requested that a review of the updates and a report be made to City Council after two years.

At the 10/24/09 workshop, Staff will present the following draft report for public comment and discussion.
