The goal of the project is to complete a comprehensive rehabilitation of the City-designed historic landmark, built in 1913.

The scope of work includes tenant improvements, structural upgrades, various ADA accessibility improvements, improvements to mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems, and new fire alarm system, and landscaping.
