HOW TO GET YOUR QUESTION ANSWERED:

Call during office hours to speak to the RHMTF staff.  Either your question will be answered over the phone or an office appointment will be set up to address your concern in person. Informational leaflets addressing Landlord-Tenant issues are disseminated by e-mail, US Mail and in person. Voice mail is available when staff is with another client and after hours. 

HOW TO MAKE AN OFFICE APPOINTMENT:

RHMTF staff answers the phone and personally schedules client appointments in conformance with the program’s office hours.
