The database that you will be accessing contains over 2 million images. This application gives users the ability to view public records that are normally available at the Records Public Counter in our 630 Garden Street facility in Santa Barbara, California, U.S.A. 

·        Browser Compatibility
Currently, this application only supports Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher, running Windows 95 or higher operating system. The Internet browser Netscape may experience problems with this application. In addition all other operating systems may experience problems using the downloaded application.

·        Download TIFF Viewer Browser Plug-in
To view the database of LDT Records, you must download a TIFF viewer plug in. If you do not have a plug in, click on the link above to install it on your machine. You will need to restart your machine after the installation.
