Channel Islands YMCA – Noah’s Anchorage Youth Crisis Shelter Channel Islands YMCA - Serving Santa Barbara & Ventura Counties This program provides shelter and emergency services to homeless, runaway, disenfranchised, and dysfunctional youth in order to help them through their immediate crisis. Then they work with these youth toward family re-unification or alternative placement. The program also seeks to assure that these youth have the social and independent living skills necessary to succeed in both adolescence and adulthood.
