Elings Park Phase III Improvement Plan

The City of Santa Barbara Community Development Department has received an application for redevelopment of Elings Park, located at the northeast corner of Las Positas Road and Cliff Drive. The Environmental Impact Report (EIR) evaluates the environmental effects of the proposed project.  The public comment period for the Draft EIR ends November 18, 2009.
