Santa Barbara Cottage Certified Final EIR

In response to State legislation that requires all acute care medical facilities in California to either retrofit or upgrade their existing facilities to comply with more stringent earthquake safety standards, Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital is proposing to seismically upgrade and modernize their hospital facility.  The Environmental Impact Report evaluates the environmental effects of the proposed project has been prepared.  The final EIR was certified by the Planning Commission on March 24, 2005.
