The proposed project would install two groundwater monitoring wells in wetlands near Hollister Avenue on Santa Barbara Airport property in the appealable jurisdiction of the Coastal Zone.  This work is required by the Santa Barbara County Fire Department for site assessment relating to groundwater MTBE concentrations from the former Chevron Station site at 6470 Hollister Avenue.
