Area: approx. 64 acres
North: the rear property lines of the lots on the north side of Coast Village Road
South: Highway 101
East: Olive Mill Road
West: Hot Springs Road

This neighborhood is an eastern peninsula of the City that is surrounded by County land namely Montecito.

Neighborhood Profile

Coast Village is primarily a commercial district with some scattered residential development. The General Plan designates this area for commercial uses, and it is anticipated that they will continue and probably expand. In addition to commercial development in the area, it is anticipated that further residential development may occur.
