1. Publicize Your Campaign
   • Post fliers, send e-mails, and put up posters letting everyone know that the Campaign is underway.
   
   
2. Customize Your Campaign
   • Implement fun approaches and motivate employees to participate and have fun.
   
   
3. Schedule a Presentation Now!
   • Schedule a presentation(s) and book a conference room ASAP, this is the most effective way to get employees the information they need to participate.

   • Call Steve Ortiz or Courtney Tarnow at United Way to sign up & confirm meeting schedule.
   
   • Send a meeting notice to everyone with your meeting date, time and location.
   
   • Collect pledge cards from employees as they leave the meeting.
   
   
4. One to One Follow-Up
   • Contact those who were not able to attend your presentation
   • Follow-up with those who did not make their decision at the meeting.
   
   
5. Report Results
   • Send completed pledge forms each Friday to Jenny Hopwood - Finance.
