AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM LEADERS

$11.00-13.00/HR DOE

Program Leaders A-OK (After school Opportunities for Kids) and RAP (Recreation After school Program) are now being accepted for the school year 2009-2010.  Application deadline is Friday July 17th.  Interviews August 3rd - 7th.  Mandatory training dates August 19th, 20th and 21st.  Program start dates Monday August 24th.  Applicants must be 18 years of age.  All applicants must be available to start the first day of the program and be available Monday - Friday 2-6 pm.  Applicants must display leadership skills, enjoy working with elementary school age children, be highly motivated, dependable, energetic and fun!  A-OK and RAP are school-based youth development after school programs that take place at eleven City elementary schools.  Applications may be turned into Human Resources at City Hall or to the Youth Activities office, 100 East Carrillo in the Carrillo Recreation Center.


LOT OPERATOR I

$8.00/HR

Collect parking tickets & fees, make change, & answer questions.  Apply at Parking Office, 1221 Anacapa St.  564-5656.

WATERFRONT PARKING ATTENDANT

$8.00/HR & UP DOE

Weekends available now.  Weekdays & weekends, morning & afternoon shifts.  Skills needed:  basic math, military time, money handling skills, customer service skills, knowledge of Santa Barbar a.  Apply at 132-A Harbor Way 897-1965.

WATERFRONT PARKING LEAD/LEAD TRAINEE

$9.50/HR & UP DOE

Weekdays & weekends (weekends & holidays mandatory).  Morning/afternoon & evening shifts.  Candidate must be reliable, trustworthy, and dependable.  Skills Needed:  customer service, money-handling skills, leadership, record-keeping, and traffic control.  Current CDL required.  Apply at 132-A Harbor Way 897-1965.
