BulletAdopted Fiscal Year 2010 Budget
The fiscal year 2010 adopted budget is comprised of all City funds, including the General Fund, special revenue funds and enterprise funds. Each fund accounts for distinct and uniquely funded operations. The budget includes a total combined operating budget of $281.1 million and a combined recommended capital budget totaling $28.5 million.

BulletComprehensive Annual Financial Report
The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report is transmitted to the Mayor, City Council and Citizens of the City of Santa Barbara in November of each year. The most recent reports are available here.

BulletSix-Year CIP Fiscal Years 2010 - 2015
The Capital Program for fiscal years 2010 through 2015 represents the City's capital needs, both funded and unfunded, for the next six fiscal years.

BulletCity of Santa Barbara Investment Program
The City adopts an annual Statement of Investment Policy, which governs the investment of public funds and outlines the City’s investment objectives. The City portfolio is updated monthly and provides a detailed listing of all securities held by the City.

BulletCity Offices Closed During Employee Furlough
Under the City's Fiscal Year 2010 Budget, significant cost savings will be achieved through citywide labor measures. These measures include a 104-hour furlough (or unpaid leave) for managers, supervisors, and general employees.
