| On June 24, 2008, the City Council adopted the Mid-Cycle Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2009. The Mid-Cycle Budget is an addendum to the Two-Year Financial Plan for Fiscal Years 2008 and 2009, containing the operating and capital budget for the second year of the plan. |
