The Capital Program for fiscal years 2010 through 2015 represents the City's capital needs, both funded and unfunded, for the next six fiscal years. The document, includes a list of all capital improvements which are proposed to be undertaken during the six (6) fiscal years next ensuing, with appropriate supporting information as to the necessity for such improvements; cost estimates, method of financing and recommended time schedules for each such improvement; and the estimated annual cost of operating and maintaining the facilities to be constructed or acquired. Funded projects for the next fiscal year of the Capital Program is included in the City's Financial Plan (Operating and Capital) for fiscal year 2010.
