The Capital Program for fiscal years 2008 through 2013 represents the City's capital needs, both funded and unfunded, for the next six fiscal years. The document, covering capital needs for both the City's General Fund and Enterprise Funds, was filed with the City Council on January 30, 2007. Funded projects from the first two fiscal years of the Capital Program will be included in the City's Two-Year Financial Plan (Operating and Capital) for the fiscal years 2008 and 2009. The Two-Year Financial Plan will be presented to the City Council in April, 2007 and adopted in June, 2007.
