On April 15, 2008, the City Administrator filed the Recommended Mid-Cycle Operating and Capital Budget for Fiscal Year 2009 with the City Clerk's Office. The Mid-Cycle Recommended Budget is an addendum to the Two-Year Financial Plan for Fiscal Years 2008 and 2009, containing the operating and capital budget for the second year of the plan.
