The Motorcycle Officers primary role is traffic enforcement.  The Traffic Section is comprised of one Sergeant, eight Motorcycle Officers and one Accident Investigator.

The Accident Investigator provides follow-up investigation on major injury and fatal traffic collisions.  The assignment requires specialized training in accident reconstruction and advanced investigation techniques.
