This division includes both police officers and civilian personnel.  It is commanded by a Police Captain.  He is responsible to the Deputy Chief of Police for the direction and control of the division.  The Captain has a Lieutenant as the Assistant Division Commander and is primarily responsible for the administrative needs of the division and management supervision of the sections.
